Just make sure you buy the 7 dollar small popcorn PLUS the 6 dollar small Coca-Cola and the 10 dollar two-ounce Reece's Pieces and it will make the cartoon movie that much better.

readmiester84 and sirmetro im just saying if they did use that type of cgi then they should have just used live action will there were at it but just my opion. This looks good I know some of you are saying the cgi is crap but its good they dont need the best cgi to make a awesome moive its about the story and plot. Anyways this gives me hope on a movie I would some day like to make for the big screen.

My only complaint about this is the look of the animation. Being the huge star wars fan that I am, it would have been nice to see better looking animation than this boxy, straight edged animation that they have decided to go with. I also hate the fact that Obi-Wan Kenobi is in a storm-trooper outfit the entire time. Actually both he and Anakin's outfits have changed quite drastically, which gives no continuity to the movies. That is ridiculous!
They did that with the Cartoon version of the Clone Wars and this is obviously the same thing except an animation version, but what amazes me is that people did not like the look of the cartoon version either so why would they continue with it? George Lucas is without a doubt one of the most creative/innovative minds in storytelling, but he whines when people rip on some of the choices he has made within his latest work. If he would just listen to what the fans want to see he would have a hit on his hands. Fix those little things and it would be great!
Aside from that, this looks like good old star wars fun. Look forward to seeing it when it is released on DVD.

In regards to a few of your comments, this IS going to be released on T.V. They just decided to give it a Theatrical release at the last minute. I personally don't see it being worth the price of an admition ticket, even being the huge fan that I am. I also don't think too many people are going to pay to see it in theatres. But I could be wrong.

They think they are clever making it in Japanese style or something. Bunch of art freaks. Why couldn't Pixar do this one?

In response to retarded comment made by PredQueen100..... why the f*ck would darth maul be in this movie and why would you even suggest this movie to be entitled episode 7????? f*ck, follow the time line for gods sake . . . That said i'm still a little ify on the whole characters looking like they were made outta jaggedy paper boxes or some sh*t. The least they could have done is made the CGI looking a little for real and life like. Oh well thats just my sh*tty opinion I guess.

I love Star Wars but this just looks so uninteresting.

Its a big waste of time in my opinion, i'll give it a rent.

funksk8er you honestly like this CGI rather than live-action? Are you f*cking retarded!?

This looked better than the other trailer, but i'm not a big star wars fan anyway, so it won't matter to me if it sucks or is actually good. On a side note, civil stated a comment having to do with the movie

  29. They call me ITCHY BALLS

If it was that great, it would've been release in late May. Too much competition with IRON MAN, THE DARK KNIGHT, THE INCREDIBLE HULK, INDIANA JONES, X-FILES, HELL BOY, THE MUMMY, CHRONICLES OF NARNIA, and WALL-E.

It's starting to look like a Video Game intro/trailer.

BUT, It will be worth seeing in the multi-plex just for the battles alone with the soundeffects going all over the place with DOLBY DIGITAL SURROUND.
