i agree get away from the skywalkers. however i think this was an ok idea. It is meant for kids, and not really adults unless ur fans. Also the clone wars series on cartoon network was awesome. so much action and general grevious is way badder and stronger than the movie. they should make a live action on han solo, and ben solo. I think thats his son. lets face it. Harrison, and Carrie are in the perfect age to reprise their roles twenty years later.

It's got Star Wars in the name, but I can't see even a hint of the old magic from what I've seen of this. Admittedly, would be interested if something was made about KOTOR. Great game with a great story, think it could work as a film, animation or otherwise.

the graphics are good, but by no means the best the software can produce, my example would be Final Fantasy Advent Children, the graphics on that lil film were top notch as was the animation. The graphics here are good, I bet the animation will be good, but to tell the truth I do give a sh*t anymore about whineyass Anakin. the original trilogy is the best. Give me more Star Wars but lets get past the Skywalker's and on to something new. Knights of the Old Republic anyone?

The Clone Wars cartoon movie is not a reduction of the venerated, original Star Wars trilogy. It's a primer for the TV series, a different avenue...approved by Lucas.
It's more content for more rabid fans.
I'd rather Lucas make an all new live action SW movie, but, he has stated in interviews that he wants to do other projects...like Indy4.
It's ok to hand over the directing reins for another movie, since he's done that before (Empire Strikes Back) but he still needs to write the screenplay and oversee the productions' departments...otherwise, it's not SW, it's more crap for people to crap on.
Everybody is so quick to rush to judgement/naysay on movies that haven't been released.

George Lucas wants to experiment with a full CGI movie I say why not. The graphics might not be the best but that doesnt mean the movie wont be good. I actually think the graphics looks kinda kool.

Listen George "Troll" Lucas, let real filmakers take over the franchise and make real gut movies for the STAR WARS fans AND general public. You don't see STAR TREK coming out in CGI, do ya?
