This makes me sick. I don't really care about Star Trek, but I know that Barbie shouldn't make dolls of it!

I see they have added more pictures of the 'playsets' and 'action figures'. I guess if I was 10 they might look appealing. I would have liked the 'Barbie' dolls when I was little because all I had to play with Barbie was Ken and G.I. Joe.
I loved The Shield too and I am going to miss it now that it is gone. It was the only other show I watched on FX.

Personally, i think that The Shield was great, too bad its over though. That was Fx best.

2011? That's great, I never thought the series would go that long. I had heard rumors that this was going to be its last year.

Nip/Tuck's Season 5 Part 2 is back now. Started like 3 tuesdays ago :) with episode 15 I do believe. Damn writer strike f*cked it up. If you wiki Nip/Tuck. The show seems to be going into 2011 which is good news lol

You have a point Chad. There are some very good shows that do not have the viewership they should purely because of the lack of advertising. People get involved in the shows that the advertizing market is saturated with and forget about other ones. Nip/Tuck is a great show and I like having all the seasons on DVD so I can refresh my memory before the new seasons start.

TO add my input on the tv show thing... I accidentally found out that Lost premiered the other night...I think I saw it advertised on myspace. With that being said, Fringe has been already on the air correct or am I wrong? I bet Fringe had more people already aware of it's airtime and what not. I'm currently watching Lost seasons to catch up (I just got into it), and by chance I found out the new season was now airing. Yeah I'm sure Lost had advertising on their channel, but it's been how long since it was last on? People kinda forgot about it, just like Nip/Tuck (which is by far my favorite show).

The playsets are slightly less gay. Don't get me wrong, I love Trek, but come on.
"My opinions are facts." I guess it's official, Killerman is not only an idiot, he's an arrogant prick who is too stupid to think that anything beyond his hard-on for horror films is veritable.

J.J. Abrams is a fantastic director/producer I didn't like Cloverfield personally but his television work and MI3 were outstanding. Star Trek is going to be one of the best movies of this year. Can't wait to see it!

The 12 million was two days ago, Tuesday, January 20, 2009 (12,096,000 to be exact). Btw, opinions can not be facts. FYI, the definition for opinion is: A belief or conclusion held with confidence but not substantiated by positive knowledge or proof.

24 kicks ass is what you really mean, loser. Btw, my opinions are facts.

It was only 12 million that week, friend. Now it's lower. Well, i'm not going to give this movie a chance, because i, ultimately, know it will suck ass.

Yea killer. It's called opinions. I think 24 sucks balls, but do you see me complaining? No.

I do not need your pity. It is all a matter of opinion and I happen to really enjoy Fringe along with the other 12 million viewers. I do not watch Lost or 24, but I think everyone is entitled to their very own likes and dislikes (what a concept), so you will not hear me saying anything against either show.
As far as this thread is concerned, I do not care how many dolls they have, I am going to give this movie a chance and see it the weekend of May 8th.

Shelley and Fallen. I pity you. Both Lost and Fringe suck. It's 24 you need to be talking about. Now that's a show.

The new pictures are of the action figures right?

Even if Abrams is involved, that doesn't mean it's going to be bad, Killer. I don't like much of Abrams stuff either, that and I'm not a Trek fan, but this does look interesting. I may not like most of Abrams stuff, but he's fairly new. His first few productions will be burnt pancakes. That just happens with all film makers. Not even Spielberg was an instant success. He directed TV shows for 5 years before he filmed The Sugarland Express (Abrams started with TV too. Hmmm). When I heard Peter Jackson was handling LOTR, I laughed and believed it would suck incredibly. How wrong was I?
I'm just saying, give him a chance, let new talent grow. Why step on a tomato stem before it has a chance to grow and bare fruit?

I was speaking of Tuesday night's ratings. And sorry to say, but Lost had 11.66 million viewers at 9:00 and 11.08 million at 10:00 while Fringe had over 12 million viewers (12,096,000 to be exact). Look at tvbythenumbers.com to see all the ratings.

They used to do this with The Next Gen movies. It's not "Barbie dolls" just collectibles for the movie. Priced a bit high though.

What the hell are you talking about? MI3 was terrible. And i already knew that it wouldn't top the 2nd one. They just made it worse, giving Ethan a wife and everything else. So i guess Abrams and Cruise both deserve the blame. Abrams is a wannabe Spielberg clown.

Yeah if the movie goes gold than this will be worth a lot in like 40 years no joke lol. But that is IF this movie lives past the release weekend.
