The Eagle of the Ninth gets a new release date
The site is also reporting that the Kevin MacDonald film The Eagle of the Ninth which stars Channing Tatum and Jamie Bell, has set a firm release date of September 24. The film was just tenatively set for a September 2010 release previously.
In other release-date shuffling news, CBS Films has moved its Jennifer Lopez vehicle The Back-Up Plan from April 16 back a week to April 23 and Fox Searchlight has set the Duplass Brothers indie hit Cyrus, which stars Marisa Tomei, Jonah Hill and Catherine Keener, for a July 9 release.
Clash of the Titans was released April 2nd, 2010 and stars Sam Worthington, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Flemyng, Gemma Arterton, Alexa Davalos, Tine Stapelfeldt, Mads Mikkelsen. The film is directed by Louis Leterrier.
Diary of a Wimpy Kid was released March 19th, 2010 and stars Zachary Gordon, Robert Capron, Rachael Harris, Steve Zahn, Connor Fielding, Owen Fielding, Devon Bostick, Chloe Moretz. The film is directed by Thor Freudenthal.
The Last Song was released March 31st, 2010 and stars Miley Cyrus, Greg Kinnear, Bobby Coleman, Liam Hemsworth, Hallock Beals, Kelly Preston, Stephanie Leigh Schlund, Nick Searcy. The film is directed by Julie Anne Robinson.
