New Release Dates for Little Fockers and Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World

Some high-profile films have just been set with some new release dates. According to eRc Box Office, Little Fockers will now open on December 22 instead of its initially-planned July 30 release date and Hot Tub Time Machine has moved from March 19 to March 26.

Universal Pictures also announced that the highly-anticipated Edgar Wright film Scott Pilgrim vs. The World has settled on an August 13 release date as well. As of now, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World will be going up against the new Sylvester Stallone action film The Expendables and the Julia Roberts film Eat, Pray, Love. Little Fockers will be squaring off against Seth Rogen's The Green Hornet, Jack Black's Gulliver's Traveles and Katherine Heigl's Life as We Know It.

The Hot Tub Time Machine shift is likely in response to the news that Sam Worthington's Clash of the Titans was being converted to 3D and was moving from its March 26 release date to April 2.

Little Fockers was released December 22nd, 2010 and stars Robert De Niro, Ben Stiller, Jessica Alba, Owen Wilson, Barbra Streisand, Dustin Hoffman, Harvey Keitel, Laura Dern. The film is directed by Paul Weitz.

Hot Tub Time Machine was released March 26th, 2010 and stars John Cusack, Clark Duke, Craig Robinson, Rob Corddry, Sebastian Stan, Lyndsy Fonseca, Crispin Glover, Chevy Chase. The film is directed by Steve Pink.

Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World was released August 13th, 2010 and stars Michael Cera, Alison Pill, Mark Webber, Johnny Simmons, Ellen Wong, Kieran Culkin, Anna Kendrick, Aubrey Plaza. The film is directed by Edgar Wright.

  1. The Narrator: The Better Man

Scott Pilgrim will be fun/cool I think. Little Fockers... I don't like babies taking attention in movies especially in comedies. I find them irritating. However, I will try and watch it. As for Green Hornett I look forward to. The Expendables and Gulliver's Travels, I will wait and see.

    F*ck Little Fockers.

Scott Pilgrim doesn't sound too enticing, but since Edgar Wright's directing, it might turn out all right.
