Bloodrayne:The official site for the upcoming Kristanna Loken starred film, Bloodrayne, has been updated with some new photos from the production.

The film, scheduled for release in 2005, has House of the Dead director, Uwe Bowell, in the director's chair.

In eighteenth century Romania, Rayne, a dhampir (half-human, half-vampire), prone to fits of blind blood rage but saddled with a compunction for humans, strives to avenge her mother's rape by her father, Kagan, King of Vampires. Two vampire hunters, Sebastian and Vladimir, from the Brimstone Society persuade her to join their cause.

BloodRayne was released January 6th, 2006 and stars Kristanna Loken, Michael Madsen, Matthew Davis, Will Sanderson, Geraldine Chaplin, Udo Kier, Meat Loaf, Michael Paré. The film is directed by Uwe Boll.
