G.I. Joe is currently filming and is scheduled for an August 7, 2009 release. The film stars Ray Parks, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Said Taghmaoui, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Marlon Wayans, Channing Tatum, Dennis Quiad, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Arnold Vosloo, Karolina Isela Kurkov, Byung Hun Lee and Christopher Eccleston.
G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra was released August 7th, 2009 and stars Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Christopher Eccleston, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Byung-hun Lee, Sienna Miller, Rachel Nichols, Ray Park, Jonathan Pryce. The film is directed by Stephen Sommers.

Hope the Snake Eyes suit does NOT look like that in the actual movie...if it does the movie will fail no doubt.. : /

For once, me and chad actually agree! lol I haven't seen anything for me to doubt this movie. Yes, the armor is a lil wierd, but i'm sure it'll just be for one action-packed scene in the movie where armor is required

Right... All I'm saying is: they better have a reason, A DAMN GOOD REASON! You can put just about anybody in a monkey suit (that may or may not look like ass anyway, depending on the conditions) as long as they've got a good reason to be in it. Batman Begins - well done, no problems, its all explained. Robocop - a little worse, but still acceptable (don't tell me they left that chin part off his helmet for aerodynamics!) Spiderman/Judge Dredd - shame, such shame ( Bright red long underwear and shoulder-pads? Please.) Here's hopeing they don't drop the ball.
