New Dragonball Teaser Hits Hard!

Dbthemovie has posted a teaser video, originally shown at the Brand Licensing Expo in London, of the upcoming Dragonball, which is set for release on April 10, 2009. Click below to see this video teaser for yourself.

Dragonball is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama; the work was also turned into a Japanese anime series that played all over the world. It tells the story of an alien sent to destroy Earth, who has a change of heart and decides to join the humans in their fight against various aliens and bad guys. Justin Chatwin is starring as the hero Goku, while James Marsters will play the villain Piccolo in the sci-fi adventure.

Dragonball Evolution was released April 10th, 2009 and stars Justin Chatwin, Chow Yun-Fat, Emmy Rossum, Jamie Chung, James Marsters, Joon Park, Eriko Tamura, Randall Duk Kim. The film is directed by James Wong.

    Mmm !!
    I see the teaser and i think the color skin of Piccolo is green. Someone said the color is white but this is the reflect of the light on him. You can see is green skin but not the same green like the TV episode. In the episode, the skin was more dark. But in the film, the skin was more light.

    Alright, I just watched the damn trailer last night. I felt I had to to with all the bitching that has been going on this page. To say the least, it didn't look like that great of a movie, but I will still go see it because I love that show. As far as Piccolo being white, I'm sure there is a reason. My only real question is, Who the hell is the Mia character?

    Why isn't Piccolo green?! Piccolo also has a long head. Not to mention that the whole trailer looks cheesy as hell. Just by looking at the trailer I can tell this is going to become a Street Fighter/Mortal Kombat 2 movie. I'll be skipping this and once I finish the script I'VE been working on for Dragonball...there'll be justice for the fans!

    DBZ will be much better, I think they should get brandon routh as goku, mark strong as vegeta and Vin Diesel as nappa. with Mackintosh Muggleton as gohan. they should get a new director/ writers, i know its hasty saying that before Ive seen it, but think of like Iron man and Transformers, it doesnt have the feel of the greats, also dbz will have more money pumped into it because of all the people seeing the first one
