New Dragonball Photos Surface!

A hi-res version of a pre-released photo plus three brand new promo photos have surfaced for James Wong's Dragonball, thanks to Movieland and Moviesoon.

The video game adaptation hits theaters April 10 and stars Justin Chatwin, James Marsters, Jamie Chung, Emmy Rossum, Eriko Tamura, Joon Park, Chow Yun-Fat, Texas Battle, Randall Duk Kim and Ernie Hudson.

Dragonball is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama; the work was also turned into a Japanese anime series that played all over the world. It tells the story of an alien sent to destroy Earth, who has a change of heart and decides to join the humans in their fight against various aliens and bad guys. Justin Chatwin is starring as the hero Goku, while James Marsters will play the villain Piccolo in the sci-fi adventure.

Dragonball Evolution was released April 10th, 2009 and stars Justin Chatwin, Chow Yun-Fat, Emmy Rossum, Jamie Chung, James Marsters, Joon Park, Eriko Tamura, Randall Duk Kim. The film is directed by James Wong.

    decent for now, without a trailer or teaser, we wont be able to understand exactly what theyve done with it. tbh im not too bothered about this one, dbz is what im more interested in and theyve signed a trilogy, db, saiyans, frieza, if they mess this one up, then they can look to dbz's epic action and generally serious storyline to sort it out, theyre starting the next one at christmas which is awesome as we wont need to wait too long for the next one. high hopes...

    Okay, I get what you're saying. But I think these pictures are okay, but not great. What I have liked is some pretty cool costumes and the chicks. :-P What I have not liked is that Master Roshi looks NOTHING like the original, and they just keep showing the same f***in' pictures over and over again. Everytime I see the headlline on this site "New Dragonball photos surface!" The first thing I say is, "Yay! More new pics from 7 freakin' months ago!" >:-(

    But personally for me, the good and the bad have been equalling each other. So it's gonna take a good pic of Piccolo and a good trailer to seal the deal for me. And I swear to God, if they f*** Piccolo up, that's it. That'll be where I draw the line.

    But of course, I'll still see it so I can rate it PROPERLY. LOLOLOLOLOL :-)

    Epsalon, all we do on this site is rip things w/o seeing it first. That's the point of chat rooms, to give our opinions on what we have SO FAR. And what we have so far, is a sh*t load of pics that amount to nothing save the fact of hot chicks in skin tight outfits. Sure, when we see a trailer, we MIGHT change our minds, but that doesn't mean we'll regret saying what we say on here, cuz what we're seeing RIGHT NOW is sh*tty.

    You know what I find interesting? The fact that all you guys are ripping the ass off of this movie, yet Dragonball is still number 4 on the Most Requested Upcoming Films list down there. I think some of you are really excited for this movie and don't want to admit it. LOL I'm not saying names, because I honestly don't know who, but a lot of you HAVE to be. LOLOLOL

    And what else I find interesting is you all said the EXACT same things about Terminator 4, yet as soon as you guys saw a trailer, you all went "Oh my god, this movie is so awesome! I just have to see it! Oooooo!" and you marked your calenders.

    I mean sure, some things may not look that great for this movie, but you need to give it a chance. Anyone who rates something without seeing it first is a real idiot. Now I'm not saying this movie is gonna kick ass or gonna suck, I'm on the middle of the fence here, but I'm still gonna see it OR AT LEAST rent it.

    So just wait for a pic of Piccolo and a trailer, and we'll see just how excited everyone is.

    Oh my good...first of all: Son-Goku has a another Hair-style!! second: The actor for Son-Goku is like a GAY!! third: Where the f*ck is Kuririn in the movie?!?!?!
    4. Tony Jaa must play Son-Goku in Dragonball Z Episodes after Dragonball. He is the perfect actor for the Son-Goku character!

    I think the movie goes to a big big disaster !! After the movie every Dragonball, Z" GT " Fan becomes disappoint !
