New Avatar Behind-the-Scenes Photo

Los Angeles Times has just posted a brand new behind-the-scenes image from the highly-anticipated film, Avatar, which is set for release on December 19, 2009. Click below for a behind-the-scenes photo featuring director James Cameron and star Sam Worthington.

In the future, Jake, a paraplegic war veteran is brought to another planet, Pandora, which is inhabited by the Na'vi, a humanoid race with their own language and culture. Those from Earth find themselves at odds with each other and the local culture.

Avatar was released December 18th, 2009 and stars Sam Worthington, Zoe Saldana, Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Joel Moore, Giovanni Ribisi, Michelle Rodriguez, Laz Alonso. The film is directed by James Cameron.
