Disney's a Christmas Carol is a multi-sensory thrill ride re-envisioned by Academy Award®-winning filmmaker Robert Zemeckis, which captures the fantastical essence of the classic Dickens tale in a groundbreaking 3-D motion picture event. The animated film stars Jim Carrey, Cary Elwes, Bob Hoskins, Colin Firth, Gary Oldman, Robin Wright Penn, Tom Hanks and Michael J. Fox and opens in conventional and IMAX theaters on November 6.


The Princess and the Frog is an animated comedy set in the great city of New Orleans. A modern twist on a classic tale, the film features a beautiful girl named Tiana (Anika Noni Rose), a frog prince who desperately wants to be human again, and a fateful kiss that leads them both on a hilarious adventure through the mystical bayous of Louisiana. The film opens in theaters December 25.

The Princess and the Frog was released December 11th, 2009 and stars Anika Noni Rose, Bruno Campos, Keith David, Michael-Leon Wooley, Jennifer Cody, Jim Cummings, Peter Bartlett, Jenifer Lewis. The film is directed by Ron Clements, John Musker.

"A Christmas Carol" will do very well, more than likely one of the biggest films of the year. "The Princess and the Frog" however, will be crushed under the juggernaut that will be "Avatar".
