Neill Blomkamp Viral Video Marvin Teases Possible Elysium Creature

Back in November of 2010, we reported on a mysterious viral video from director Neill Blomkamp that we thought may have been a teaser for his latest project Elysium. Today, reader Doug Williams has pointed us to yet another bizarre video from the filmmaker titled Marvin, that may (or may not) offer a first look at one of the creatures from that upcoming project. The reader also speculates that this could be from the filmmaker's next project Chappie, although we don't have any plot details for that movie. What do you think this video represents? Is it a creature from Elysium? Is it Chappie himself? You decide! Be warned though, there is an abundance of R-rated language and Canadian references to Loud Mouth soup.

Elysium - Viral Trailer 2

Elysium comes to theaters August 9th, 2013 and stars Matt Damon, Jodie Foster, William Fichtner, Sharlto Copley, Alice Braga, Michael Shanks, Talisa Soto, Diego Luna. The film is directed by Neill Blomkamp.
