NBC planning The Office spinoff
The actor/comedian would be taking his Dwight Schrute persona to his families beet farm and bed & breakfast. It will follow his family farm struggling to survive and a family trying to stay together. The location has been featured on the show many times, including an episode where Jim and Pam visited Dwight at the B&B. The possible spinoff will be introduced in an Office episode later this season.
This will be NBC's second try at a The Office spinoff, the first was derailed for Parks and Recreation. Rainn Wilson and Paul Lieberstein will be producing with Ben Silverman.
Nothing has been officially confirmed, but the idea is coming closer to a reality.

They should just end the show already, it's going nowhere but downhill from this point on. A spinoff would only make matters worse.
