NBC Cancels Quarterlife
NBC picked up Quarterlife to air in mid-December, when the TV business was stuck in the middle of the writers' strike. NBC characterized the deal as an experiment, citing the low budget production. The rights to the drama were considerably less than the going rate for even modestly budgeted drama series.
Next Tuesday at 10 p.m. NBC will replace Quarterlife with Deal or No Deal.
