Dave Rodriguez has hired Natasha Henstridge to star in his upcoming independent drama Anytown. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Rodriguez co-wrote the script with Zak Meyers.

The film revolves around a racially fueled attack at a high school and the aftermath that follows. Henstridge is set to play the news anchor covering this attack on an Indian-American boy by two fellow students who videotape the crime.

The film does not have a set start date at this time.
