@ghostman Or they can put this on HBO. That way if its sucessfully it can make way for Tekken cuz I always seen these games as being more a great show then a movie.

Watched the Episode... Yeah.... Best show of crappy mail order knives I have ever seen. I think they could have done better if they used the game engine.

Either way it still isn't the concept we were shown before, no matter the reason of why they changed it, I still don't like it. =)

@messenger Yeah @disciple419 is right. This web series act moreso as a spiritual prequel to next week's new Mortal Kombat game.

@shuabert I already used that joke. I said "Baraka here looks much closer to the in-game Baraka and Barakapool than he did in Mortal Kombat Rebirth."

People, the Rebirth concept film Tancharoen made on his own. The web series is produced by the company so they'll change things. I know it's different and not for the better. But executives always f*ck up good things.

For me they are changing WAAAAAY to much stuff that made Rebirth awesome. I really preferred the "realistic" approach now they are just doing MK less campy than the 2nd movie. Thumbs down.

WOW. This definitely confirms that this ISN'T based on Mortal Kombat Rebirth. Baraka here looks much closer to the in-game Baraka and Barakapool than he did in Mortal Kombat Rebirth.
