Millenium Setting Up The Three Musketeers

Millennium Films is going back to the 1600s to take a stab at Alexandre Dumas' enduring tale of The Three Musketeers.

The new picture will trace how swordsmen Athos, Porthos and Aramis first banded together, according to Variety.

D'Artagnan, the last member of the eventual quartet, will either be introduced later in the first movie or in a second installment. Dumas novel is in the public domain.

    lmao@I think you need to sit the next couple plays out sirmetro.....and really my fav out of all muskteer movies is the one wich phat is talking about the one Platt, that one was awsome and disney i think, i like this idea becuase now the hot ticket is origin stories so here we go, all for and one for all

    and the Man in the Iron Mask... there has got to be at least 7 Musketeer related movies however I dont believe the one set in '93(The Three Musketeers) with Charlie Sheen, Kiefer Sutherland, and Oliver Platt ever delved into how they came to be together. I believe they were already together, then they picked up Chris O'donnell. Eh, I'm not against the idea.
