Miley Cyrus to Star in God-Themed Comedy
Miley Cyrus will produce with her mother Tish Cyrus through their Hope Town Entertainment banner.
Written by Sam Brown and Jack Angelo, the plot for the high-concept comedy is being kept under wraps but it is said to be about a broken promise to God.
No production date has been set.

She really shouldn't act, at all. It's almost like she was built for the role of "Hannah Montana", and that alone. Only because she doesn't have much credibility on anything else, and I doubt she ever will.

Cupid, she really doesn't have much to look at up top. Built almost like a teenage boy in the chest area.

So sick of this slutty little girl. Why doesent she go like the rest of the disney brats and get melted and merged to create the next generic lip syncing pop princess like Hillary duff?

Who knows. If she does anything like Amanda Bynes in Easy A, she might pull it off.

@escapist Some of us are experts at derailing the topic at hand. But that's the fun of the site :)

Love the way the direction of this thread is not at all based on Miley Cyrus.

@ejk1 I haven't seen much of the newer seasons, for obvious reasons. Might just check em out one of these days.

@ejk1 I love Squidward's bitterness. He slays me. And how Mr. Crabs is utterly obsessed with money.

@dan1 My dad, brother who is ten years younger than me, and myself all love Spongebob. And rightfully so.My dad hates anime, though, but I did get my mom into it. She loves Bleach lol.

@ejk1 I watched Garfield and Friends, Aladdin, Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, etc.. Dad did watch Darkwing Duck and Gargoyles with me, but no, not all of the programming I watched.

@dan1 No, you weren't weird. The examples you brought up were something your elders had reason to love all their own. What about other things? Did you watch the original TMNT cartoon? How'd they enjoy that? Or something like that, in which they had no prior knowledge?

@ejk1 My point being, the gap was much smaller between myself and the previous generation. My tastes tended to run parallel to theirs. Maybe I was just a weird kid :P

@dan1 Star Trek--a show that they grew up with. Ghostbusters--A cartoon based on a popular film with Bill Murray and the woman from Alien. Of course they liked those, my friend.

@ejk1 Only partially true. Both my stepdad and dad liked some of the same shows/movies I did. We Star Trek'd and Ghostbuster'd it up all the time :P

@dan1 Of course she "meh" to us. Dude, we weren'tin the age bracket she was aimed at. That's the generational gap, bro. Do you think our parents enjoyed our crap? Don't get me wrong, I loved my cartoons, but my parents didn't care for them. It's the same thing with every generation.
