Mike Myers Is Writing Austin Powers 4

It seems that we are possibly in store for yet another dose of the International Man of Mystery. According to Deadline Hollywood, Mike Myers is currently working on the script for Austin Powers 4.

The site is reporting that he's co-writing with Mike McCullers, who he collaborated with on Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me and Austin Powers in Goldmember. Apparently, New Line Cinema is eager for another Powers film as well, although a deal isn't in place as of now.

It is said that this fourth film will focus of Myers' Dr. Evil and the relationship with his son, Scott Evil, which was played by Seth Green in all three films. "It's very personal with a father and son theme loosely based on his own life," an insider told the site.

We'll have more on this new film as soon as more information arrives.

Austin Powers 4 comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Mike Myers.

    mike myers isn't the greatest actor - i enjoyed austin powers 1 & 2 but 3 wasn't to the same level - the love guru definitely sucked so at least he'll beat that - i'll watch it

    Alright, you all know me as the funny-boneless person of this website. HOWEVER, I love the Austin Powers movies, and this is really good news to me. Since they're spoofs on James Bond titles, I heard somewhere that one of the titles being looked at is Austin Powers: For Your Thighs Only. I think this'll be hilarious, and look forward to hearing more news on the subject!

    you know what now that i think about it, to be fair i did really enjoy the austin powers movies.
    the austin powers character is pretty obnoxious but all in all ive gotten some good laughs from the series.
