The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 helmer Sanaa Hamri is gearing up to direct the romantic comedy Just Wright for Fox Searchlight. According to The Hollywood Reporter, actor Michael Landes has signed on as the male lead.

In this Queen Latifah project, Landes stars as Nelson, a basketball player who becomes romantically involved with his physical therapist (Latifah). Common and Pam Grier are also set to appear in the film.

Just Wright starts shooting this August in New York.

Just Wright was released May 14th, 2010 and stars Queen Latifah, Common, Paula Patton, James Pickens Jr., Phylicia Rashad, Pam Grier, Laz Alonso, Mehcad Brooks. The film is directed by Sanaa Hamri.
