Michael Emerson Is J.J. Abrams' Person of Interest
According to The Hollywood Reporter, CBS gave the greenlight to Person of Interest last week.
The one-hour crime drama was created by J.J. Abrams and screenwriter Jonathan Nolan. Michael Emerson will play a billionaire who works to stop violent crime along with an ex-CIA agent.

Emerson rocks! He's one of those lovable villains you sometimes secretly want to succeed (kind of like Giaus Baltar from BSG, and Batiatus from Spartacus). Not very surprised he was cast for the role, having worked with Abrams and co. before on LOST. Good news :)
