How are you sitting with the idea of directing another Transformers movie?
Let's see how this one does. I've got a lot of ideas for the next one. There's a lot of really cool, big robot stuff that I had in my head that we didn't do. I just want to see how this works. You might not grow as much as a director [to do a sequel]. But it's kind of like you have your baby and you don't want someone else to take it.
So, hypothetically, if you were to take on a Transformers sequel, would it be your next film?
I don't know if it would be ready. It just takes so long to do a script. A couple things are on the horizon, but [maybe] I'll do my little movie that I can knock out, because we all think we're going to have a strike.

i no this is going completely off topic but i want to no about other childhood movies that might make a come back like the transformers did. ive heard rumors of sonic the headgehog and megaman coming out in cinemas but you never know whats going on sometimes with youtube.com and what about the dinosaucers does any one remember them? could any of the childhood fav.s ive mentioned make a come back?

NoOoOooo Dinobots would be poo they're supposed to be robots in disguise... what kind of disguise is a dinosaur? Scorpinok was bad enough They need to bring back some of other autobots into play like hot rod, prowl, mirage and ultra magnus maybe arcee as a pink at a push. They don't need to bring back megatron as galvatron, he's probably not dead anyway by the way the film ended. could always bring in Skywarp and Soundwave back into the franchise... Transformers has another 2 films in it at least.

Kaplooie- First off, it's F-22, not FF-22. Second, the only thing black on the F-22 is the tires. Third, why would Michael Bay want to add your made up Decepticon, which is the exact same thing as one that already exists? Oh... maybe they are robot twins! I have a great idea for an autobot: He is a semi-truck, and he is called Optimus Prime 2. (With your spelling, he might be Optimus Prim Too). He is exactly like OP, but he has laser beam eyebrows and a rocket boomerang!

Now megatron has gone, he can come back as galvatron. They also need some oldies like hotrod, hoist and soundwave etc. Roll on the next movie. Can't wait.

Lowrider..You seriously never heard of bumblebee? Go watch generation 1 and then realise why they made him the first autobot you get in the film...He's one of the most well know autobots ever! Ace film though...

i wish i could tell michael bay about the transformer i made up. His name is Sky Terror he is a FF22-Raptor like starscream, he is also a decepticon. He is black and grey and his a machine gun on his right arm and a reatracteble missile on his left. He also has missiles on his shoulders(the machine gun is reatractable to) and optimus prim sword thing too.

they killed megatron way too soon and they need to get some of the autobot names right cause i never heard of bumblebee. they need megatron and his group back or it will be some garbage. all they need to do is keep the actors i mean they gettin paid enough

Does the new cartoon series include old favourates like Grimlock etc - these combined with more of the original animators would make an excellent sequal. The new movie was amazing but could have included more of the old charactors that featured not only in the animated series but also the original cartoon movie, agree?
