Mel Gibson up for Sleight of Hand
Mel Gibson is in talks to join director Brad Mirman's heist comedy Sleight of Hand, starring opposite Kiefer Sutherland, Gérard Depardieu and Thomas Jane.

Giancarlo Giannini, Jon Lovitz and Johnny Hallyday are also set to join Sleight of Hand, which centers on a bunch of bungling burglars in Paris who inadvertently steal a rare gold coin belonging to a gangster.

Production begins in July.

Sleight of Hand comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Kiefer Sutherland, Gérard Depardieu, Til Schweiger, Thomas Jane, Johnny Hallyday, Jon Lovitz, Eric Cantona, Jean-Luc Couchard. The film is directed by Brad Mirman.
