Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro All Back for Transformers 2

While some new additions have been made to the cast, it seems that many of the new regulars are back in place for one heavily-anticipated sequel. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Turturro have all signed on to reprise their roles in Transformers 2.

A few new additions to the cast have been made, with Rainn Wilson signing on to play a college professor at Sam Witwicky's new college, although plans to add on Jonah Hill as Sam's college roommate fell through.

Transformers 2 will be written by Ehren Kruger, from a story by original Transformers writers Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci. Filming has been under way in Los Angeles and the shoot moves to Philadelphia on June 2 and then goes overseas after that.

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen was released June 24th, 2009 and stars Shia LaBeouf, Megan Fox, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson, John Turturro, Ramon Rodriguez, Kevin Dunn, Julie White. The film is directed by Michael Bay.
