The Avengers may be doing reshoots in Los Angeles this week
"We've heard from a couple different sources that there was a casting call issued for The Avengers in Los Angeles this week.
All we know so far is that there is going to be some activity at Manhattan Beach Studios today for the movie, but it sounds like it is only a rehearsal or fittings, no actual filming, yet.
If they are doing some reshoots in the next couple of weeks, it will most likely take place in the studio."

Marvel Studios has not confirmed that reshoots are taking place yet. In other Marvel's the Avengers news, actor Mark Ruffalo shed some new light on this superhero team, and how they have to overcome their own egos to function as a group.
"You have all these disparate egos, superheroes in this and that, and they refuse to give up some of their positions in order to make a more perfect union and to join the team. That's really what the whole movie is about: subjugating your own best interest momentarily to further that of the whole. I didn't know it a year ago that it was going to speak to so many of the issues we're having here in the United States and throughout the world, the same kind of theme."
Marvel's The Avengers was released May 4th, 2012 and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Tom Hiddleston, Clark Gregg. The film is directed by Joss Whedon.

Sorry that i accidently messed up a few words there in the beginning of that reply to you, lol. Here's what i basically ment to say this in that comment "It's probably that they want to save most of the best parts of the Avengers movie, that might have the Hulk in those parts of the movie, so that they don't spoil alot of people by showing too much of it. There's also the reshoots for this movie that are happening for it as well."

It's probably be they want to save most of the best parts of the Avengers movie, that might have the Hulk in those parts of the movie, so that way they don't spoil alot of people by not showing too much. Another possibility could be because of the reshoots that are happening for the Avenger or that will be happening for the Avengers movie.

Anyone know why there is really only one small clip of The Hulk in every Avengers trailer?
I'm surprised at the lack of new footage with The Hulk and everyone else seems to have a substantial amount of screen time with the trailers.

I think Ruffalo will do just fine in the role, as long as the script isn't super cheesy and filled with bad-dialogue. Based on the trailer. I do fear this is a strong possibility...

Lol, Ruffalo trying to tell the fans how the superheroes are together, that's funny. Hey Ruffalo, why don't you take a seat and let the big boys who aren't new to this franchise and don't have anything to prove or live up to speak to us? Sorry Mark, but you are new to this and have been in mostly chick flicks, and not to mention we have no idea if we will even like your performance as you will be compared to Edward Norton due to Marvel's mishandling of him for this movie and your subsequently quick replacing of him (even though they chased him down for nearly 2 years for the role). If I were you, I'd just sit in the chair and smile and nod until the fans see you in the role and hopefully like you. Till then, don't speak out of turn like Kevin Feige, we all saw how that ended up lol. I'm mostly just joking here, but honestly, there's a lot of truth to it.

Comes Blu-ray time, im 100% sure 1 of these takes if many, will be added to the "deleted" section on the disc. Maybe even more endings than one.

Hopefully, they won't mess up doing reshoots for the Avengers movie. I guess that what ever they reshoot for the Avengers, they could compare to what they've already filmed for the movie, and if there are scenes they've filmed two times and one of those times being when they reshoot, they could always choose and compare which versions of certain scenes that they want to keep in the Avengers movie.
