Production on the Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D. pilot begins tomorrow for ABC, created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon, and Maurissa Tancharoen. Today, a few eagle-eyed Twitter users, @DiabloRobotico and @MikeErmalovich, spotted S.H.I.E.L.D. trucks that are being used for the production. The pilot stars Clark Gregg as Agent Coulson, Ming-Na as Agent Melinda May, Elizabeth Henstridge as Agent Gemma Simmons, Iain De Caestecker as Agent Leo Fitz, Brett Dalton as Agent Grant Ward, and Chloe Bennet as Skye. Joss Whedon is directing the pilot. It was confirmed earlier this month that the series will take place after Marvel's The Avengers.
