Mark Strong joins Before I Go To Sleep
Nicole Kidman is already attached to star as a London woman who wakes up every day unable to remember anything about her life. She is told by her husband that she shouldn't leave the house after suffering a trauma. The woman sneaks off to see a doctor (Mark Strong), who gives her a digital recorder to dictate her thoughts into, with the hope that she will begin to remember who she is. The technique works, although the woman comes to realize the man she shares a bed with is not her husband.
Rowan Joffe is directing from his own adapted screenplay, based on the novel by S.J. Watson. Ridley Scott and Liza Marshall are producing for Scott Free Productions, along with Mark Gill and Matthew O'Toole.
Production will begin early next year in London. Mark Strong was last seen in John Carter, and stars in director Kathryn Bigelow's Zero Dark Thirty, opening in December.
Before I Go to Sleep comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Nicole Kidman, Mark Strong. The film is directed by Rowan Joffe.

Kidman is the main selling point here, but the plot sounds like a weird mix between Sleeping w/the Enemy and The Vow...
