According to Variety, Mark Neveldine and Brian Taylor will not be directing Jonah Hex.

Josh Brolin is expected to play the "partly disfigured gunslinger and bounty hunter."

Neveldine and Taylor cited their leaving the project as "creative differences."

DC Comics, the studio behind the project, is currently putting feelers out to other directors.

Jonah Hex was released June 18th, 2010 and stars Josh Brolin, John Malkovich, Megan Fox, Michael Fassbender, Will Arnett, John Gallagher Jr., Tom Wopat, Michael Shannon. The film is directed by Jimmy Hayward.
