@mrmarkmillar Mark, my brother and I were going to adapt Nemesis at Fox and it got fucked off! We were waiting for you to finish the series."

"@carnojoe Seriously? That's hilarious. Follow me so I can DM you."
Nemesis centers on Matt Anderson, a billionaire and expert fighter who not only tries to exact vengeance for the death of his parents, but he also travels the globe as an assassin, knocking off high-ranking cops. The report from 2010 indicated Tony Scott was attached to direct Nemesis, but it is unclear if that is still the case.
Nemesis comes to theaters in 2013. The film is directed by Tony Scott.

Great last line: "Nemesis comes to theaters in 2013. The film is directed by Tony Scott."

I read like 10 pages of the comic book it was absolute bullsh*t. I'm this coming from a guy that liked Wanted and Kick-ass (both the comics and films)

Kind of glad. The comic seemed stupid in the first place.

its FOX it wasnt Mark, fox dont have faith in any production, you can just look at what they did with LOCKE and KEY...you better off taking it to a different studio, sh*t go to a tv division of a studio but stay far from fox...you would at best get a season ....tops...but what you dont do is piss of the creator / writer of the damn thing...dumb move

The comic wasn't great to begin with, just uber-violent. Still, no one can argue with the commercial success of Wanted or the critical success of Kick-Ass, so there is merit in finding a way to bring Nemesis to the big screen, as perhaps it can be the one to find universal acclaim by both critics and audiences.
