Wanted 2 will be written by Wanted writers Michael Brandt and Derek Haas and director Timur Bekmambetov was said to return to the director's chair as well. We'll be sure to keep you posted on any new Wanted 2 updates as soon as we have more information.
Wanted was released June 27th, 2008 and stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman, Angelina Jolie, Terence Stamp, Thomas Kretschmann, Common, Kristen Hager, Marc Warren. The film is directed by Timur Bekmambetov.
Wanted 2 is in development and stars James McAvoy.

Still, I think he's trying to say Jolie had a problem with how her character was brought back or featured in this movie. Valid argument. She's not a lame duck actress really.
