According to Variety, Maria Bello and Craig T. Nelson have come on board the indy film The Company Men.

The duo joins Ben Affleck, Kevin Costner and Tommy Lee Jones in this project that John Wells wrote and is directing.

The movie will look at the effect corporate downsizing has on both its casualties and survivors. Bello will play a VP of human resources who has to fire Ben Affleck's character. Nelson will be the CEO of the global conglomerate.

The film is currently shooting Boston.

The Company Men was released January 21st, 2011 and stars Ben Affleck, Thomas Kee, Craig Mathers, Gary Galone, Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Cooper, Suzanne Rico, Adrianne Krstansky. The film is directed by John Wells.
