Man of Steel is currently shooting in Plano, Illinois, working towards a release date of June 14, 2013. Man of Steel comes to theaters June 14th, 2013 and stars Henry Cavill, Diane Lane, Kevin Costner, Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne, Michael Shannon, Russell Crowe, Julia Ormond. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

    @incmob I think a LOT of people are forgetting that Snyder's Superman movie isn't part of the Donnerverse. What came before is now moot, so whether she has black hair or not doesn't matter, it's his interpretation of the character(s). It's also why Perry now being black doesn't matter. It's all about how they convey their characters, anyways. At least for me.

    for those of you caring about her hair color... havent you seen that Laurence Fishburne is perry white, Henry Cavill does not have an american accent... maybe she should dye her hair black, and bleach his skin white, and have a voice over dub of someone who is american???.... WHO CARES... i think interpretation and change is good sometimes, it is a risk, zach snyder is the director of the film... and a fan... Hell all of you thought bryan singer was the man for the job on the last one... not because of apt pupil... or because of usual suspects... because of X MEN... he took some risks, and his love for nostalgia and the essence of the character, and was branded a traitor at the end... i assume that is what will happen when snyders film is released, i for one will wait until it comes out to give my verdict. everyone has their opinions... and this is mine... if snyder didnt want to take risks, then he might just be making the same mistakes that singer made... so i praise him for that.

    Richard{Dick to his freinds} Donner directed both Superman and Superman 2....It is called the Donner cut because he was replaced by Richard Lester after directing more than 60% of Superman 2-Parts 1&2 are conciderd to be all one movie since they were filmed similtaniusly NOT back to back like sequels normaly are!!! examaple The lord of the rings by peter jackson!
