Man of Steel action scene details leaked
"I have been told details of one specific scene in particular, in which Superman breaks apart a building and uses the building itself as a weapon in some kind of 'super martial art' fashion. 'Girders as throwing stars' was the specific example I was given."
These details haven't been confirmed by Warner Bros. as of yet, although it does make me wonder what other kinds of epic action set pieces are in store for us next June.
Man of Steel was released June 14th, 2013 and stars Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Diane Lane, Russell Crowe, Antje Traue, Harry Lennix, Richard Schiff. The film is directed by Zack Snyder.

From viewing the trailer, it shows Clark as young boy running with a red sheet wrapped around his neck. I'm getting the feeling Jor El's kryptonian suit (later inherited by Kal El) doesn't come with a large red cape; I'm guessing that's Clark's idea. It will interesting to see....

I know it's about an alien who fly's around fighting crime, but it's refreshing to hear that this SUPERMAN isn't going to take no sh*t! Now, lets see if this version of Clark chews, cusses, and jaywalks.....given he's raised on a farm and all, lol. All kidding aside....Can't wait to see it!!!

@mcleve02 yep, Snyder confirmed it at comic con and WB said it would be released as well. they said it won't be attached to the midnight showings but will be added Friday to prints of TDKR.
