According to Variety, Magnolia Pictures has picked up the U.S. rights to Andrew Jarecki's All Good Things.

The film stars Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst and Frank Langella. It will be released theatrically in December.

All Good Things is inspired by the story of Robert Durst. He was the "scion of the Durst family and a suspect who was never tried for killing his wife Kathie after she disappeared in 1982 and was never found." Jarecki developed the script with Marc Smerling and Marcus Hinchey. Smerling and Hinchey wrote the screenplay.

"Because it is impossible to know exactly what happened, we have not tried to replicate the history of the case, but to capture the emotion and complexity of this unsolved mystery that has for years been kept hidden from public view," Jarecki stated.

The Weinstein Co., was originally set to distribute this film. They will only be handling foreign sales.

All Good Things was released December 3rd, 2010 and stars Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, Frank Langella, Lily Rabe, Philip Baker Hall, Michael Esper, Diane Venora, Nick Offerman. The film is directed by Andrew Jarecki.
