Luke Wilson joins the cast of A Many Splintered Thing
The story centers on a man (Chris Evans) who meets a young woman (Michelle Monaghan) by pretending to be a philanthropist. When he finds out she is engaged, he is convinced to strike up a platonic relationship with the woman, to see if he can eventually win her over. No details were given for Luke Wilson's character.
Justin Reardon will direct from a screenplay by Chris Shafer and Paul Vicknair, which landed on the 2011 Black List. McG is producing with Mary Viola, Nicolas Chartier, and Craig J. Flores. Production begins November 3 in Los Angeles.
A Many Splintered Thing comes to theaters in 2013 and stars Chris Evans, Michelle Monaghan, Anthony Mackie, Aubrey Plaza, Giovanni Ribisi, Philip Baker Hall, Luke Wilson.
