Lone Ranger moves production up one week to February 13, 2012
Last week, we reported Disney had set a February 6, 2012 production start date for Lone Ranger. No reason was given why the start of principal photography was moved up. We also reported last week that Disney will release Lone Ranger on May 31, 2013.
Gore Verbinski is directing Lone Ranger from a screenplay by Justin Haythe. Johnny Depp will star as Tonto, while Armie Hammer portrays the title character. Ruth Wilson, Helena Bonham Carter, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, and Dwight Yoakam also star.
The Lone Ranger comes to theaters July 3rd, 2013 and stars Johnny Depp, Armie Hammer, Ruth Wilson, Helena Bonham Carter, Barry Pepper, James Badge Dale, Tom Wilkinson, James Frain. The film is directed by Gore Verbinski.
