@skywise I wouldn't call it a snub persay. Leo swept every award before this practically. Steinfeld SHOULD have won, but she was never the favorite.

@moviegeek that really irks me. It makes Steinfeld's snub even more irritating.

@pjwolsker never got in to 24 but now that spartacus is over and i am having to wait a week for the next Justified i need a show i can plow thru. Working on Lost now but there seems to be a lot of love for 24 around here. Guess i will give it a try. Its either that or the Wire.
What i really need it the new Scotor Who series to come out.

@dan1 I've read in various forms of media that she is a bitch. Even one of the articles here pointed this out. even tho my lazy ass missed the whole show it doesnt surprise me that she made a fool of herself.

Leo winning was both a let down, I hated her acceptance speech (she made a fool of herself), and just.... yeah

@tony-artym-54891152 i agree, i really wanted Hailee Seinfeld to win that one. I really did not expect Leo to take that trphy home.

The biggest upset was Hailee Steinfeld. She should have won. Over all I enjoy it. It was fun the hosts where good. I love what they did with the oscar past. I did very much love bob hope bit to. Over all I think this oscar was the best since the days on bill crystal hosting

@skywise I know. I don't agree with Dostoyevski on that account. I was being facetious. I''m all for sarcasm.

@shuabert sarcasm doesnt have to be sinister. as Dostoyevsky seemed to believe. I think there is room for a harmless yet witty sarcastic monologue.

@shuabert that depends if you read Dostoyensky or not.
