It seems that Liam Neeson is going beyond this world for his next film. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Neeson has signed on for After.Life. Christina Ricci has already signed on to star, replacing Kate Bosworth who was originally attached.

Agnieszka Wojtowicz-Vosloo makes her feature debut as a writer and director. The film revolves around Ricci's character who is stuck between life and death and Neeson will play a funeral director with the gift of transforming the dead to the living... although he might try to bury her alive.

The film stars filming in New York next month.

After.Life was released April 9th, 2010 and stars Liam Neeson, Christina Ricci, Justin Long, Josh Charles, Chandler Canterbury, Celia Weston, Anna Kuchma, Rosemary Murphy. The film is directed by Agnieszka Wojtowicz-Vosloo.
