We reported at the end of May that Emma Roberts had signed on to Wes Craven's new horror sequel and now her character's mother has been cast as well. Ghouls on Film is reporting that Parenthood star Lauren Graham has joined the cast of Scream 4.

At the time of the site's report, it wasn't clear what character Graham would be playing, but the actress appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last night, where she revealed that she would play the mother of Emma Roberts's character, Jill Kessler.
