Kristin Kreuk and Michael Clarke Duncan Ready for Street Fighter

Kristin Kreuk and Michael Clarke Duncan have signed up to join Chris Klein and Rick Yune in Hyde Park Entertainment and Capcom's Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li. According to Variety, Kreuk will star as martial artist Chun-Li and Duncan will play Balrog, while Klein is stepping into the role of Nash and Yune is taking on the mystical Gen.

Andrzej Bartkowiak will direct from the Justin Marks screenplay, which will be produced Ashok Amritrai and Patrick Aiello. The plot for the new action picture Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li is being kept under wraps, but will focus on the Chun-Li character.

Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li is scheduled to start shooting in March.

Street Fighter: Legend of Chun-Li was released February 27th, 2009 and stars Kristin Kreuk, Chris Klein, Neal McDonough, Robin Shou, Moon Bloodgood, Josie Ho, Taboo, Michael Clarke Duncan. The film is directed by Andrzej Bartkowiak.

    I am so ready for a Space invaders or Asteroids movie. For Christ's sake, can't anyone come up with their own ideas? Oh, wait, we ostracize them for that. Case and point, Pathfinder, not a terrible film, and genuinely enjoyable in places. It was panned for having the pretense of being based on something when it wasn't. WTF?

    this movie should focus on Ryu and Ken
    working on getting stronger to face Ac*ma
    to avenge thier masters killin
    and they should be working on mastering the Hadukin
    threw fights one of which is when Ryu fights Sagot and takes his eye and scars his chest I could write a way better version who do I need to talk to about this?

    Justin Marks is not only writing this, but also The Masters of the Universe, Voltron, and a Green Arrow movie called Super Max.
