Kristen Wiig to star in action comedy from The Descendants writers
No plot details were given regarding the project, although it is said to have sparked a competitive bidding situation between a number of studios, before Indian Paintbrush secured the project. Both Nat Faxon and Jim Rash have a working history with Kristen Wiig, going back to their involvement in the famed L.A. improv company The Groundlings.
Indian Paintbrush's Steven M. Rales and Mark Roybal are producing alongside Kevin Walsh, with Nat Faxon and Jim Rash executive producing. It isn't clear when production will begin on this untitled action-comedy.
