Kristen Stewart joins Ben Affleck in Focus
The story centers on a veteran con man (Ben Affleck) who teaches a young grifter (Kristen Stewart) the tricks of his shady trade. Complications arise when they become romantically involved, before going their separate ways. They meet once again years later, as their past romance comes back to haunt them.
Glenn Ficarra and John Requa (Crazy Stupid Love) are directing from their own original screenplay. The filmmakers had originally sought their Crazy Stupid Love co-stars Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone for the project, although deals were never made. Denise Di Novi is attached to produce.
No production schedule has been released at this time.
Focus is in development and stars Will Smith, Kristen Stewart. The film is directed by Glenn Ficarra, John Requa.
