Kevin James Is The Zookeeper

According to Variety, Kevin James will star in MGM's The Zookeeper.

Frank Coraci will be directing this film. It is written by Jay Scherick and David Ronn.

It follows a zookeeper (James) who wants to leave his job but the animals he takes care of talk him out of it.

MGM picked up the film for $2 million in a bidding war last April.

Zookeeper was released July 8th, 2011 and stars Kevin James, Rosario Dawson, Leslie Bibb, Ken Jeong, Donnie Wahlberg, Joe Rogan, Nat Faxon, Steffiana De La Cruz. The film is directed by Frank Coraci.
