K.D. Aubert and Chris Williams have joined the cast of the upcoming sequel Still Waiting... According to Variety, Jeff Balis is directing this sequel to the 2005 surprise cult hit Waiting, which starred Ryan Reynolds and Dane Cook. The film is currently shooting in Panorama City, California.

In other casting news, Sasha Alexander has come aboard the upcoming Jim Carrey comedy Yes Man. The film is being directed by Peyton Reed, and revolves around a man that challenges himself to say yes to every offer that comes his way. The film is currently in production.

Lastly, we hear that Matt Gerald has been cast in the upcoming James Cameron 3-D motion capture project Avatar. He is set to play the lead villain in the film. Avatar begins shooting this month in New Zealand, and then production will later move to Los Angeles.

Waiting was released October 7th, 2005 and stars Ryan Reynolds, Anna Faris, Justin Long, David Koechner, Luis Guzmán, Chi McBride, John Francis Daley, Kaitlin Doubleday. The film is directed by Rob McKittrick.
