Kathryn Hahn has nabbed a role in James Brooks' untitled comedy at Columbia, and will also, along with husband Ethan Sandler, develop a pilot script at Sony Pictures Television, with Sandler writing as a potential starring vehicle for Hahn, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

In the Brooks comedy, she'll play the assistant to Paul Rudd's lead role. The TV script, whose logline is being kept under wraps, will be a half-hour comedy.
