Two key members to a hit ABC series' cast may be checking out of Seattle Grace hospital. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Katherine Heigl and T.R. Knight may be leaving Grey's Anatomy.

The site, citing a report from US Weekly where co-star James Pickens Jr. stated the two were leaving, reported that Knight wants to be let out of his contract while Heigl wants to focus on her growing film career and also hasn't been pleased with her character's storylines as of late.

ABC had no comment on the report. We'll keep you posted with any updates regarding these potential departures.
