Justin Timberlake and Jesse Eisenberg Log Into The Social Network

According to Variety, Columbia Pictures and director David Fincher have cast Jesse Eisenberg, Justin Timberlake and Sean Parker in the The Social Network.

The script was written by Aaron Sorkin (The West Wing). The film will examine the formation and phenomenon that is Facebook. The script will also focus on "how overnight success and wealth changed the lives of the classmates who created it."

Eisenberg will play Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg; Justin Timberlake is going to play Sean Parker, the Napster co-founder who also became Facebook's founding president; and Andrew Garfield will play the role of Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin. He fell out with Zuckerberg over money.

The film will start shooting next month in Boston and then move to Los Angeles.
