Justin Long and Hayden Panettiere have signed on to voice the two lead wolves in the independent animated film Alpha and Omega. According to Variety, other voice cast members include Christina Ricci, Danny Glover, Dennis Hopper and Larry Miller.

The film will follow two young wolves that get kidnapped and then must find their way back to the pack. Anthony Bell and Ben Gluck are directing the project from a screenplay written by Chris Denk and Steve Moore.

The film will be distributed through Lionsgate. It is currently being produced in Los Angeles.
