Hollywood Dreams: According to The Hollywood Reporter, Justin Kirk and Tanna Frederick are on their way to topline Hollywood Dreams for filmmaker Henry Jaglom.

The story follows a girl from Iowa (Frederick) who comes to Hollywood to become a famous actress and develops a complicated relationship with an up-and-coming actor (Kirk).

"It's about the struggle for fame and the ambition it takes to be famous," Jaglom said. "It's a contemporary 'All About Eve' but set in the world of film."

Also cast are David Proval (The Sopranos), Melissa Leo (21 Grams), Paz de la Huerta (The Cider House Rules), Zack Norman (Festival in Cannes) and Karen Black, who will portray a Stella Adler-esque acting teacher.
