Justin Baldoni Set for Barry Minkow
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film is about the bizarre story of a teenage entrepreneur running a successful carpet company, ZZZZ Best, who gets busted for running a Ponzi scheme. After experiencing a religious conversion in prison, Minkow becomes a pastor doing anti-fraud work with the FBI.
The screenplay was written by Jonathan Meyers; Bruce Caulk will direct.
The film is shooting in Los Angeles.

I have a tip for you. You will see Gehad Darwish in this film, the pretty girl with pigtails getting all the screen time. Gehad was in the film Through Doors, directed by Garreth Manwaring, and she played Francie in the play Dead End Kids (she won the Michael Harms Award in New York for her performance). Gehad is someone to watch this year in Hollywood.
